GENERAL INFORMATION:
- You can return orders within 14 days of receipt and return them to us free of charge via DPD. Please use the supplied returns label.
- The processing costs for each return order amount to EUR 5.90 and will be deducted from the refund. An exception to this rule applies if you place an order worth less than EUR 150.00 and keep part of the order.
Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
The item must be in its original condition and returned with all associated tags.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment used to place the order.
Processing a return may take up to 14 business days.
